You can remove your data from CrossPost in two ways, depending on how much you want deleted.
Open the CrossPost app, go to Connect accounts, and tap the × on any connected account (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, or X). This immediately deletes that account's stored access token from our database. Takes effect instantly, no waiting required.
Signed in on the web, use Delete my account at the bottom of the page; in the mobile app, tap Delete account at the bottom of the main screen. This takes effect immediately.
If you remove CrossPost from your Instagram, Facebook or Threads account's connected apps (or ask Meta to delete your data), Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the corresponding connected account and its stored access token straight away.
Email sathish04ece@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my CrossPost data", sent from the email address associated with your CrossPost account. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
This deletes:
Content you've already published through CrossPost (videos, photos, posts, Reels) remains live on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, or X after your CrossPost data is deleted — we don't control or have the ability to remove content once it's posted to those platforms. To remove a specific post, delete it directly within that platform's own app.
